POLICY

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your product is damaged prior to use, we ask that you notify us via email so that we can make the necessary corrections.

Once an order is placed, it will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days (with the exception of national holidays). An email will be sent with a tracking number when the packaging label is created. '“Return to sender” orders will be refunded. Mystik Maven Co. is NOT responsible for orders that have incorrect name, address, email, or phone number. Orders marked as “Delivered” is not sufficient for a refund. You must contact the carrier to file a claim.
